@MrPeelow You have no idea what is conditioning do you? Look for HQ pics of both of them and compare. Wai teik didnt win in 08 because 1) politics 2)He was MUCH better in 09.
Im not being gay or what but 09 Wai Teik in my opinion is the freakiest and best Mr singapore so far, the guy has incredible density, fully proportioned and freaky conditioning on the level of many world champion bodybuilders
