  • how much calories does all that contains?

  • @TimothyDeLaGhetto81 You can figure it out through the macros I have in the video. 55 grams protein, 80 carbs, 30 grams of fat... works out to be 810 calories.

  • @bazla8 ohhh no, wait a minute, I forgot some, yeahh in fact, what you're saying is correct: you can gain 30 or 40 pounds of weight in a whole year, but it will be only 10% muscle and the rest obviously fat. Fucking jackass, please learn a bit more about anatomy.

  • @solarwile I don't think so. Bulking to me is still the most optimal way to gain muscle/size. Some people just over do it. I'd also say Scooby is closer to about 13% bf currently.

  • @CampbellFitness Isn't it safe to say that Bulking is also debunked? I mean, look at Scooby. He never performed a bulk in his entire life, he is 240 pounds at 8% bodyfat.
