Seriously, listen to Dan's first solo part again, one of his strings is out of tune. You can tell because it starts off too low then its fine and then goes out of tune again at the end of the solo, this is because he's switching strings.
He's an awesome guitarist and you can't fault him for it, probably his guitar tech not checking things properly!

ya ive seen them live a couple of times. at their latest tour and a couple of years back on the projekt revolution side tour with linkin park

Atreyu are my favourite band, but even I will admit that Alex can't sing for shit...
He can scream great though =) he was one of my biggest influences when I started screaming.
And dan's not out of tune, he changed a couple of the notes to make it sound more dischorded and evil and fucked up. I think it worked well =) He frequently changes bits of his solos on live performances.
