dude i want to buy a bike like that so i was just wondering is there a lot of maintenance to the bike

Well this is probally the best 2 stroke bike made now a days and if you change your oil mix your gas right , warm it up before riding and not revving the piss out of it it should last a long time. Other then that 2 strokes are a lot cheaper to rebuild and r more challenging to ride.

@bwdmaster4 I own an 06 Rm 250(theres videos on my file if you want to check it out). If you take care of your bike it wont blow up, and if for some reason you blow it up. You can rebuild it for like 1/3 the price of a 4 stroke. Not to mention you could probably do the work yourself. 2 stroke for life. Love the brap and the snap.

What gear are you in when doing wheelies I just started doing wheelies on my rm 250 99 the other day took at bit to get use of compared doing them on a 4 stroke

Yeah, but the powerband isnt that big i expected.. It do have torque from 3000 rpm -> up to end of the powerband.. But the best torque (30Nm) comes in 3000rpm and max power (46whp) comes in 4500rpm.

I just looked on the suzuki co uk website and they are selling em in the UK (even calling them a k9 wen they r really a k8) and they have an enduro model as well

Yea m8 09, its the exact same as the 08 (No changes) but suzuki are still manufacturing the RM 250 k8 and selling them here in Australia :) I've had mine 4 a month now, it lacks some low end Inoticed but has a powerband hit mid - high.
