Improvisation during strong emotional feelings

Best to listen without seeing it and putting the volume down a bit because of the high notes! The sound's better that way. I couldn't get these emotions out of my head today, so I decided to play them away during an improvisation. It's an emotional roller coaster, nor really sure where it's going and which hasn't an end. I feel a bit better now, but the emotions stay.... Even after putting them into a poem they stay, I never felt this way... I can really use these emotions in my future playing
