ZED451, a downtown Chicago restaurant, and Executive Chef Patrick Quakenbush provided an amazing experience for attendees of The Local Tourist's Chef's Table event.
The restaurant offers Harvest Tables, filled with seasonal prepared dishes like shrimp and tuna poke and spicy string beans and an extensive charcuterie board. Those are followed by a round of various meats and fish served tableside. It's an incredible, all-you-can-eat experience that will have you wanting to come back again, and again, and again.
