If you want to be who you want to be, you cannot be who you are now. Noam Kostucki has been asked by Monika Hardy to make a video about "the importance of being yourself".
Noam started his coaching journey when he began to teach judo to adults at fifteen.
He is a co-founder of Seeducation (http://seeducation.org), the eco-system of social enterprise that helps people and organisation make more money from doing what they love, while having a positive social impact.
He has spoken at many international events such as TED on selfishness in cooperation, and at the International Fundraising Conference online on how to run a successful organisation in a non-sausage machine industrial world.
Noam trains at the Directory of Social Change, the largest provider of learning for charities in the UK, and he has developed the first-ever two days course focused on the Web 2.0 and Social Media at the Institute of Fundraising.
Since finding his passion for people and organisational development, he has trained over four thousand people in thirteen countries, serving institutions such as Yale University, HP and the British Heart Foundation.
Change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not...
