I love the music in this, who's the artist? Love the Collins. One of my staple drinks! Muddling fruit (Raspberries are great, blueberries are real good, strawberries are good, too) adds some excellent flavor to the drink when you're a lil tired of pure citrus. I like to make my collins with 3 oz. of gin, half a lemon's juice, and an Oz of simple syrup. I also keep ice out of the equation, I just chill the (martini) glass in the freezer, and it's damn tasty! Cheers!

Whats the name of the song added a nice touch

Can you add Orange juice instead of club soda?
-
Theres an invention called an ice scoop. Much easier. Nice video though.

Great. Only a suggestion: light on your videos is too low.

A sloe gin fizz is made with sloe gin and made the same way a tom collins is made. I'm guessing a GIN FIZZ is just another word for tom collins. You did a good job on this drink.. But what I do is use a little less club soda and a little more of the juice

Whoo Hooo
Nice Video

I thought you needed Collins mix to make a Collins...
Just kidding. Nice video. You build in an empty glass so you can see the liquid levels to judge the volume added. When you measure your ingredients, as you did, you can build on the rocks. Good job.
Doesn't shaking gin bruise it?

Nope you can't bruise Gin. That is a commonly believed fallacy.

it should be gin fizz. not tom collins dude.....but they are smiliar...just gin fizz need shake...and tom collins just pour it and stir it. nice job anyway!

sorry, dude but there is a lot of confusion about the differences between the gin fizz and the tom collins. Unfortunately what you say is untrue, though widely believed to be true.
Try reading my article on the Tom Collins on the scribd[dot]com website.
Cheers!
