  • shadow defender puts your computer in a sort of VIRTUAL state so whatever happens during this state Stays there, the real files and softwares are not actually there what your seeing when using shadow defender is a perfect copy of it and when you restart it copies the original and deletes the old copy and copies another one from the REAL one simple as that :)

  • do you need to have an antivirus installed if you run Shadow Defender in Shadow mode, or is it not necessary to have one? I'm always worried about virus threats that can harm my pc, and presently I use avast antivirus to protect it but would it be a good idea to ditch that solely for Shadow Defender? Also how did you record your audio & video while the pc was rebooting?! Unless you are using some kinda tool or program to do that...ok pls send me a reply, I'd like to know more about this software

  • la mejor version shadow defender 1.1.0.278

  • @XPdude05 I hope you have a good outbound firewall and anti keylogger.

  • I downloaded Shadow Defender 1.1.0.325 for 32-bit from the Shadow Defender site and ran it through Virscan, Virustotal, and Jottismalware where I found the following malware hits. The Hacker 6.7.0.1 v00094 2010-12-01

Trojan/Downloader.Banload.bcjo, VBA32 3.12.14.2 20101203.1003 2010-12-03 TrojanDownloader.Banload.bdxt, Sophos 4.60.0 2010.12.03 Sus/Scribble-B Is this some sort of false positive or are they unaware of what's going on?

  • I use Shadow Defender without any antivirus and my system is blazing fast without that stuff slowing it down.

  • @cayene87 he's using the malware within VirtualBox which a safe environment for testing things I use it for malware analysis; anyway Shadow Defender does it's job quite well as it IS virtualization as well. Sandboxing and virtualization and intrusion prevention system are the knew best tools (For smart people) against malware on a windows partition. Welcome to a new world of computing.!!

  • @cayene87 its his virtual machine, so no malware :)
