@anitafh1 They were waiting for their new name. The Tea party is the neo cons under a new label. They figured after the total train wreck that was the GW administration the US would want nothing whatsoever to do with republicans for awhile (they were right about that one) so a new name was their only option. Funny how the majority of the Tea Party members have no clue who's funding them (either that or they're ignoring it).
