Its not a dumb question at all :) In the "Properties" box in the "documents" drop down there is an orientation selection. That is where you choose landscape or portrait and will allow you to change the location of your arrow. I also believe that this is only a capability of SCAL 2 and not the original. Hope this helps!!!
