Dr. J. Larry Jameson, Vice President for Medical Affairs and Lewis Landsberg Dean of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine speaks about the Feinberg School's dynamic vision for research and shares Northwestern's strategic plan to develop the academic medical center around three ideas: alignment, innovation, and impact. Important discovery space often resides between traditional disciplines. Alignment ensures that we leverage all of the assets at the University, medical school, and across our clinical partners to spark new research collaborations. At the Feinberg School of Medicine, we innovate to create an environment that fosters teamwork and interdisciplinary research. We strive to have an impact by tackling and helping to solve the challenging medical and scientific problems that affect us locally and across the globe.
