@eatmoreraw Ask the local vet at the store or the zoo and 1000% of the time the commerical dog/tiger feed has b12 added to it. Laugh out loud the next time someone says 'you got low b12? then you just need to eat MORE meat! eat like a tiger!'
say 'did you know tigers can have b12 deficiencies and they eat up to 50lbs of raw meat a day?'

@durianriders I got a B12 injection bottle, but in the ingredients are all these poisons. You don't put vinegar on your salad cause it's not healthy, but you shoot it up straight into your bloodstream?!

@durianriders I did her program last summer when starting out a raw vegan diet, and I was starving and miserable! Natasha said that me being still hungry after a smoothie with 4 pieces of fruit just goes to show that I have a fast metabolism (which I don't :S) and I will burn off fat in no time (which I haven't). I'm so glad I found Dr. G through you and Freelee, thank you! Have you done a video you mentioned above, what is it called?

@durianriders Are there any raw vegan dietary sources for this vitamin? I know meat eaters can also be B12 deficient, but if you're a vegan, you will be for sure? Makes one question if meatless diet is that "optimal"?

@durianriders I'm sorry but the body does not produce b12 naturally. B12 injections may be the gold standard for treatment, however - many patients do not respond to treatment this way. You really need to do your research.

You are right Durian, I totally agree with you! thanks for making this video :)

Why can't we all just get along? EAT MEAT. If it's grass fed, nothing better for you. Yo @nunativs,a little defensive?

I used to be subscribed to her channel until she made the announcement that she started eating animal aand it's byproducts. I wonder how much they paid her to do this?

@durianrider solid response video here, thank you. Question, I'm taking b-12 shots myself...but I wish I didn't have to, why is 40% of society b-12 deficient? That's a crazy amount. thanks bro
how do you keep your b-12 up with out injections or animal products?

@tinateeni our body produces b12 naturally. Many people have absorption issues/dont produce enough for their lifestyle/live in polluted areas. b12 injections are the gold standard of choice if you want to be certain of b12 sufficiency. If animal products worked then ONLY people that didnt eat animal products would have b12 issues.
If you produce and absorb enough, your good. If you dont, you need shots if you want peak stamina in life.

i don't understand natasha's logic... she said the injections of b12 worked. so then why would their ever be a need to eat meat and animal products?? just stick with the injections and stay on the raw vegan diet.

@AshyMishyMashy Natasha St Michael from Raw Radiant Health ate a 1000cal raw food diet. I will do a vid about this. When you starve yourself you get HUNGRY sooner or later and health and ethics go out the window. When you make money in the raw world then you have to pretend that something else was up vs just simple calorie deficiency. You have to make it more mystical. B12 injections work but bacon and eggs give you calories and go well with coffee.
Natasha is STILL b12 deficient.

B12 issues mainly come from being unable to absorb B12 (candida, or food intolerances). That's why so many people who eat meat have B12 issues, usually meat eaters also have undiagnosed food intolerances, damaged villi or candida because the majority of meat eaters' diets are horrible, filled with grains and sugar. Saying that B12 isn't absorbed from meat and it's proved because meat eaters have deficiencies in B12 is not the full picture at all. Natasha could very well be absorbing it from meat
