Heatsink isnt your best option you should now take up Needtoknow you can use to track internal CD's now along with its normal buff/debuff duration timers.

The way you have a target frame for Shamlings, Are you using focus target here?

I use a mouseover focus macro to focus the shambling horror, yes. It is easy to see enrages then because it has a cast bar (focus cast bar enabled of course).

I'm working to clean it up a bit. I might post it after that. The resolution is 1680x1050, but of course youtube won't let you watch it at the full resolution.
