I'm actually an attorney myself, and this guy kind of bugs me.

You give a rather stupid argument. "Don't hire them, they have no experience". . .um...then how the fuck are they supposed to get experience if no one hires them because they have no experience? -_-

This lawyer is a Golden Gate law school graduate which is a cheap 4th tier law school that ensure you will have no choice but to shingle it. Fact is most high paying tax work is on the corporate side This lawyer with his cheap degree could not land a job at at respectable big law firm which handles lucrative tax work

And finally, most attorney's that I know don't even know how to prepare a simple 1040A tax return or read a financial statement.

Per the IRS publication regulating the practice of attorney's, CPA, AND Enrolled Agents, EA are considered equal to lawyers and CPA's when practicing before the IRS.

Its obvious you have a problem with enrolled agents Mainly because they are taking business away from you. Secondy what law school did you attend ? A 4th tier school ?You and I know the top tier grads are working for large corporate firms making partner bucks A good lawyer does not promote his firm by knocking other professionals. Your a scum bag

I take offense to this video as I am studying for the EA exam.
You know there are good lawyers and bad lawyers too. Just because one graduated from law school doesn't guarantee that he/she will be a good attorney.
And finally most law schools don't require tax law as part of the Curriculum
