Do you know if Subgingival Scaling and Root Planing is ok for teeth. I think I have calculus, tartar build up. Do I have to go get my teeth scaled or is there an alternative treatment?

People don't use corn syrup here in europe. Our sodas use sugar. Wouldn't that make acid erosion worse?

my strategy against tooth decay: one pound of tofu per week (tofu is usually sold in 1 pound packages). that's because tofu contains 2% calcium in a chemical bond that makes it easy for the body to absorb.

after i had bad teeth problems i researched a bit and found that normal western diet is extremely calcium deficient. i ate a lot of tofu and the problems went away very fast. i did never have tooth problems again.

calcium is what's supposed to be in your tooth, folks. not flouroid.

I don't know.
Grassfed ground beef is not that expensive. I can get it for $4 per pound.
