no each micro sd card has a speed rating. class 2,4, and 6.
class 2 2MB a sec, 4 4MB a sec and so on. thats why some cards are cheep and some cost a lot. faster ones should load faster

No you have to put the sysytem files and games on yourself PM your email address and I'll send you a video on how to do it :)
