My E95 has been through two service calls and is still making me crazy with clicking and popping noises. I can't belive I spent $1600 to bury myself in this grief. If someone stole it, I would cry tears of joy.

Might be a screw loose inside the wheel. Rolling around inside the casing.

Mine is also great. Sorry to read yours sucked. The guys who set mine up were a couple of jokers. I actually had the full delivery charge refunded cause they dropped it a few times. Idiots. Still though---No ticking noises. Is it better now?

I have an E95 and have never heard these noises and we have moved a time or two. I would look at the assembly instructions and make sure you havent missed anything big... Mine had a small issue but they were pretty responsive. Good luck and I hope you love yours as much as I love mine.

Mine had many small issues. Had a repair guy come over 4 times. Still it is clicking and groaning from everywhere. They are sending me a new one, but I just want my money back. Dick's is being difficult - giving me the run around.

I have the Sprit XE550 which is the exact same as the E95. Mine is whisper quiet like they advertise. I think that noise is coming from the wheel components inside. Dont know why the repairman would look anywhere else?? Contact the company directly, they do make a quality product and should replace the part needed without any problems. BTW, you should wear running shoes when on your elliptical (not socks) ;)

I got to wear socks otherwise I compromise head clearance (low ceiling basement) :)
Sole is actually sending out a repair guy for the 4th time. He'll be here tomorrow.
The last repair attempt actually made the noise worse. The have been replacing all kind of parts. I hope this time is the last time.

Not a big fan of the show and not a big fan of the ticking noises - I guess you could say I am a bit "ticked off"
