Oh, the "cows make milk for their babies, not humans" is pure ignorance. Dairy cows have been selectively bred for countless generations to produce far more milk than their calves could ever consume. Even if you leave the calf on, the cow *HAS* to be milked.
Milk isn't evil. Cruel industrial animal handling and pasteurization/homogenization is.

Myself I dont approve of PETA but as a hunter, trapper and small time farmer I hate to see any animal suffer a painful death. It absoultly kills me to see an animal I've shot not die immediately. And I always show respect for an animal ive killed and ensure its death was not in vain by not letting its meat or hide go to waste. I even will say a little prayer to help the animal find it's way into the next world or wherever our good lord leads the animals too.

@ninjaluver898 if you don't care at all for cows then if you follow that logic why do you care for people? even if you believe humans are more important, what about the characteristics in cows that humans have too? do you not care for them?
