Lanstrum - One The Same

Combining explosive energy, infectious hook lines and dark progressive riffs. Lanstrum are a 6-piece band from Melbourne Australia who are pushing the boundaries of the modern heavy spectrum. The band is made up of vocalist Joey Biro and bassplayer Drew Dedman formerly of Australian heavyweights Superheist, with Rob Farnham (ex-Nana-Zhami, Lunchcutter) and Ash Mannerheim providing the dual guitar attack. John Chamberlain on keyboards & samples and Rob Brens (Alarum) enlisted as new drummer in September 2009. The bands sound consists of influences from hardcore to metal, electronic to mainstream rock, they are currently recording their debut album set for release early 2010. Stay tuned . . . . . . .
