Bhagavad-gītā Chapter 2 summarized Part 2

The original Vedic scriptures, especially Bhagavad-gītā, are delivered by God Himself in various incarnations and passed down through the ages by an unbroken chain of self-realized souls. There is a great difference between temporary relative truth, which is conditional and has a beginning and an end, and spiritual Absolute Truth, which is eternal and unconditional. We are only interested in cultivation of Absolute Truth because it is eternal and the gateway to liberation.

The Blessed Lord said: "Again I shall declare to you this supreme wisdom, the best of all knowledge, knowing which all the sages have attained to supreme perfection." [Bhagavad-gītā 14.1]
