@MaximumRD So, just to drive the point home, a "SEGA" adapter is not necessarily the "right" adapter.

@MegaWhackManV One of them may work, pretty sure the Genny 1 adapter works technically and often on Ebay that is the adapter a CDX might come with BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! It may run it but it is NOT the proper spec, there is a reason the rating is different, prolong use may risk damage to the CDX so much better to get the proper CDX adapter OR compatible power adapter. Often people will say "OH I RUN IT JUST FINE WITH XXX XXX ADAPTER" well that is ignorance and can result in later damage.
