I use to have a 86 Shelby Z. I loved that car. The interior had a lot of cheap plastic but I didn`t care. It was my dream car at the time.

I had a white '88 with t-tops and a 5 speed. Such an awesome car to drive around in, especially in the summer.

If I had the know how to do a project car from the Ground up; I would do about a 1987 to a 1993 Dodge Daytona. With an engine from a 2011 Challenger. (Not sure how that would go though) Anyway, the '84 to '93 Daytonas were my favorite Mopar car of them all (The '90-'92 Stealths are a very close 2nd)

My grandparents owned two of these, my parents have owned two, and I'm about to get my first one.
Love the Daytona, but I laughed at "The superior traction of Front wheel drive."

@Unclsuperman , nice car, bought my brothers off of him . he was the original owner. still has a fresh set of the old goodyear gatorback tires they came with,. remember dusting a few 305 irocs with it back in the day.

@Unclsuperman I always hated them, then just recently I saw one forsale and thought "you know I actually dont mind them" couldnt be more happier, you can cruise all night in a good looking car, without the heavy price for gas.

I grew up with this car...everyone in my family owned one or two of these cars. some kids dream of owning lambo's or civics lol...i want a dodge daytona shelby z! to hell w a civic and a mustang gt...and for anyone on here that doubt what these cars can do then go to the track and put your car up against one of these beast! ive seen these cars in action
