If you learn to juggle today, teach two people to juggle tomorrow, and they do the same, then in less than a month the whole world will be juggling.
Juggling Yoga is my spiritual cultivation practice. I use it to take a few moments out of my day to be in the moment, with my thoughts, and three props whirling through the air. A meditation, a status report, a spiritual clearing.
Juggling is no more difficult than riding a bicycle, and requires the same type of balance learning that takes persistence to learn, but is then never forgotten. It has been clinically shown to grow brain cells, but in this case with an MRI study it was determined that when a juggling practice is stopped, then the juggling increase in brain tissue shrinks back to pre-juggling level. So Juggle with me, every day!
