i know who sanchara is and she is right but i wouldnt have said it so abrutly...but yeah there is no jumps involved in vaulting...but other than that great first try!

THats kinda vaulting, i think they are doing the jumps to help balancing.......

nice first try and nice to see that some one is getting the word out about vaulting. But there there were a few things wrong about that video like the information given and the use of proper vaulting equipment. other than that it was cool.

I always thought vaulters shouldnt were helmets is cause it interferes with the high degree of difficulty moves like summer-salts. It can cause neck injuries to a vaulter. Plus vaulting is a lot like gymnastics and do you ever see gymnast wearing helmets? No, because it throws their balance and can cause more harm than good. Trust me I know.
