i like it , i was child. but there is an old clip for it . he was singing in a studio while a group of mixed dancers danced around him.

We first went to Syria in 1982 I think it was -I did my hour show - a break - then he came on - but at the end of his show - his last song - I came out in a balady dress and danced while he sang the song - I WISH I could remember the song - the people went nuts for this - the next year we did the same song - the third year we tried to change the song - the PEOPLE wouldnt let us !!! They started singing the old song - Issam was amazed - I was touched - we went back to the old song ! Great times!

A few minutes later - I hummed another one - very old song - again - he said he had made that one too - for Sabah .....lololol....he had been in my life before I ever knew him ...!! I love his voice and I miss him - he made sooo many pieces of music - not just for himself but for so many other singers that you dont even realize ! I think there is a Youtube video of me dancing while he sang -

I wanted to add - Issam was a real artist - I would watch him create a song on his Oud with just a few notes - then take it and go to the studio where he had gathered many muscians - and a beautiful song would be recorded !! Amazing man - one day in Damascus we were walking and I was humming my favorite song of all time - he said - how do you know that song? Full of myself - I said - Oh thats an OLD song - everyone knows it ! He said - I made that song !! Lolol..he had !

I am Shadia - the American belly dancer that danced in the mid east for about 20 years - I danced in Syria with Issam and London and Paris - Lebanon - many times we went back to Syria. The first still photo in this clip - the one where he is looking down and to the right - I took that picture ! He loved it as he had a 'wandering' eye - and most photos showed it and he was very sensitive to it NOT showing in photos of him. He told me he would use it on the cover of a cassette.
