Hey Uncle Jay, could you explain the words "corporatism" and "fascism" please, because a lot of people out here in the USA have a couple of issues with them - namely understanding what they are, and seeing that their government LOVES these things. They say quite silly things instead like "give them some more time!", "buy GM, the people's car!" and "capitalism is to blame!" and I think could do with a good dose of education. Keep up the good work! :)

That gets back to the "personal responsibility" thing. If you didn't read the terms, how can you complain when the terms are carried out? I have also been guilty of not reading terms of an agreement and have paid the price. But that was my fault and no one else's. If I would have read the terms, I would NOT have agreed to them and thus would NOT be taken advantage of.

how does this apply when you pay your bill in full, for merchandise, but they try to keep escalating your balance with trumped up fees that accrue that don't include any products at all, only scams?

Ever heard of personal responsibility? If a person signs their name to an agreement, it's their own fault if they haven't read the contents of the agreement. IMNSHO
