You don't need 'all the facts' to see this is abuse, the chief is just stalling until they can settle the civil lawsuit with a BIG hunk of taxpayer's cash.
Then sit back and wait until people forget about this case & are outraged over the next.
This is the pattern time after time...
The Hope Steffey lawsuit is 4 years old now, but the head jailer STILL does not deny that they are still abusing women under the "color of law".
People need to break the cycle of the same thing over & over...
ad what puts police above the rule of human law and decency if it was your wife or sister being molested in this way you'd loose your mind ..i find it no different then a forcible version of pornography , and crimes against people who are fed up with the corruption of the controlling entities of our north american cultures!! equal rights and equal punishments ...or do unto others ..the problem is this doesn't happen to them if it did they would be very different how they treat others
the chief and all these corrupt police should be marched in public and hung , this is all army humiliation tactics , doing what the states does , all that is missing is the black bag over your head ,a plane ride to git mo and stacking people in pyramds naked, our government and police forces are overrun with horrendous corruption continually and need to be exposed for what 90% of them are ...bought and paid for by the us bussiness influences running canada !! we need to all wake the fuck up !!
I know this is off topic but doesn't it seem weird that when a cop is under investigation, it is always done so as "suspended with pay". I'd love a job where if I did something suspect they'd give me a few months off with pay, in other words reward me with a paid holiday.
@JesusDillinger With all due respect to your Dad I see most cops as amoral dimwitted bullies. Appropriate for working-class stiffs who regularly risk life and limb [and not just their own] to protect PROPERTY that doesn't even belong to them. In virtually any struggle for genuine justice they regularly prove themselves to be willing eager and brutal traitors to their class and to their own stated principles - all for nothing but a handful of dimes and a pat on the head from the rich.
cruel cops!!!

This is pure abuse. I thought the US were the only ones who treated their citizens that way.
