Some useful asanas to practice for a more flexible knee joint. Not for beginners or those with knee injury! Practice at your own risk. Be gentle, don't go beyond your limitations! These asanas legthen the inner knee ligaments asn well as the transversal ones. Good for those who want to practice advanced series.

  • This series is intended only for people with healthy knee ligaments, and should be practiced with caution. It is useful for people who want to go into the 3rd, 4th series of Ashtanga, to rpotect their knees from injury. For dislocated or injured knees I would also recommend entirely different asanas.

  • this is how i dislocated a knee after 10 years of yoga. don't do the kneed thing. does it look natural? no, because it is not . that guy is tearing up his knees. hello.
