First I love your accent! And that dish looks good. My nephew is here for the summer and he loves rice and gravy and I want to make a gravy without frying flour. I have steak and sausage in my freezer. I love Tonys seasoning. It's my secret seasoning in my gumbo :o)

Man you should really brown that meat in the pot you are going to cook in... It makes the gravy darker and easier to make because of all the gremiese it leaves on the bottom of the pot.
