I agree with what you just said, however, Mychal Bell was incarcerated (the second time) for a crime he comitted in 2005 and for which he broke probation 4 times. Saying he shouldn't serve for his crimes is NOT "equal justice" AT ALL. It is trying to use the young man's color (and the color of those who prosecuted him) as a factor instead of looking at the facts. The guy served afraction of the time he was sentenced ot as it is. How can he possibly think he was treated unfairly?

He still has a very light sentence and should be out of the juvie home in a few months. He's gotten way more chances to make something of himself than most people would get.
