This is the second part of my 2 night trip to Galway over Easter 2011. Part one featured the takeoff from London Southend and arrival at Galway Airport. This part features a range of scenery from Ireland's Atlantic West Coast as well as Galway City Centre and finally, takeoff from Galway and landing back at Southend. Had excellent weather during the trip to Galway. **NOTE - PART 1 AND PART 2 WERE ALL FILMED HANDHELD ON A HANDYCAM, This video is supposed to be in the style of a video diary of a weekend away, so varies from my other videos in style and content *** Please subscribe, follow me on twitter @bananamanuk79

  • In which seat row was the landing taken from? :)

  • @ShamrockGoldCircle Now there's a question! Thanks for watching my scenes of Galway video and the landing at Southend. I'm sorry to say that I can't remember which seat row I was in on that day, it must have been two or three rows back from the first. I've flown a lot with AerArann and have sat all over the place! Sorry for a less than decisive answer!!

  • @bananamanuk Ah I see :). You see I'm going on an EIR flihgt, EDI-DUB during Easter and I wanted to know a good seat to choose ie. for video :D. I eventually chose 9F on the 72 :)

  • @ShamrockGoldCircle ahh, Aer Arann allocate the seat upon checkin, I see the Aer Lingus booking process extends to EIR flights too. Nice.

9F must be around the prop/wing area.. all the best and I hope you "Enjoy your Flight"... meant genuinely not just as the Aer Lingus slogan :-)

Thanks again for watching and commenting.

  • It's such a shame the plane didn't land the other way over Leigh-on-Sea, it would be amazing to see Leigh from up high. My house is right on the flight line and when they come to land they go over my house! It's amazing but can get annoying!

  • @norrisollie Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment norrisollie, I do appreciate it. I've got a few other videos as well, my most recent includes a landing at SEN I don't know if you can see any more in that one. Thanks again for your comments.
