for my school, we have to do what they call 3 by 5's
5 down and backs in a minute (full court)
1 minute rest 5 more, 1 minute rest, 5 more
if someone doesn't make it we do another one

Me personally i think the 17 is a good tool to get you in shape for basketball.Especially after Practice or a long workout.Get 2 done for 1min 10sec or 08 sec.You'll be in shape in no time.You can't play the game of basketball without being in Shape.
