@MAGICXxXHAT Both. I do frame by frame sequences where everything is redrawn(like the stuff at 20 seconds). And at 34 seconds the mouth is on it's own layer while the character is on a loop.

R.I.P. Scatman, you wanted us a better world with no drugs, crimes, less pollution, and most of all, very very happy kids listening to your music. You are the best. No one makes fun of you for no reason. They make fun of you because they don't understand you.
