its called zan datsu i saw is in the mgs rising trailer.

it is tsan-datsu it means cut and take

characters spell zan datsu which were explained at E3. you see why in the actual trailer/epicness

That two japanese words, or japanese style chinese words, mean cut and rob. And that so called "mysterious" symble is a signet of the calligrapher who wrote these words.
