as soon as u switch your mozaic on.. press the top most right button ( kinda shows a menu list) and u get option. press turn ON speakers

my zen mosiac doesnt have the speaker option but its the same as that one on the video i looked everywhere n couldnt find it

yeah can somebody please help me!!! i had plugged my zen mozaic into my laptop (windows vista) but it will not get detected on my PC desktop (windows xp) it won't even get recognized unless it's in flash drive mode :'( Please somebody help me and i will be most thankful
