Wow....What areas do you feel the most during this lift? I'm not really clear on what keeps your lower back safe during this particular lift.

@SilenceaftertheSteel This is great for your lower back, glutes and hams. It's really quite safe as long as your lower back is used to handling a large amount of weight.
