Pakistani Recipe

Ingredients

300g minced meat
3-4 cubes of potato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 green chilli
Coriander
1/2 onion, sliced
Assorted pieces of garam masala
1/2 tsp zeera
2 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp haldi/ turmeric
salt to taste
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 small tomato chopped and put in microwave
1/4 onion chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste

  • Dear lovelyshormin,it was mince beef,you can use mince chicken aswell.

  • made the koftas turned out great! I used chicken qeema too and initially felt that the mixture was too soft to make into balls but as per ur suggestion refrigerated for a while and it turned out perfect. Another thing i did was double the quantity for the gravy as we like more gravy, and kept the meatball quantity the same, so we had enough gravy to have w/ rice. Thanks a lots for this real easy recipe!
