Blacksabfan, you done it again! I'd heard only rumors of this being recording in the black rose sessions. I must say, wow!

I used to think I was a big Lizzy fan until I found your profile on youtube.

I should really buy you a pint for the amount of unreleased stuff you've put up on youtube.

If you want to listen to some ultra rare stuff, you should check out 'nothinbutblue' and his profile (I subscribe to him if you have trouble finding it, so look in my channel for it.) I have a few gems, sure, but he has some things that I'm sure will blow your mind.

This is fantastic. Should have been on the Black Rose album instead of Sarah (keep that for phil's solo stuff).

I'm not complaining about the sound quality of your post, but is there a clear copy of this available anywhere? Or do all the bootlegs of these sessions sound a bit crappy? They should re-release Black Rose with a bonus disc of the demos. That'd be sweet.

From what I've heard, this is about the best they sound. There's nothing out there (that I know of) that is polished like anything you'd find on an official release. Personally, I'm just happy stuff like this is out there, or for that matter any extra Lizzy stuff. A lot of live/unreleased stuff isn't made available too often, and the few people that have a lot don't share it too much. I've heard every excuse as to why that is, but personally I think its about ego and status. Stupid really.

By the way, Phil's vocals here are fantastic. I love all the extra "are you ready" phrases. I know the live version is different and awesome but this version would have been cool on a record. Shame.

I used to play in a band that opened every set with this song, it was more based on the Life album version though. Killer track.

Glad this exists, but it's good they never released it on Black Rose.

It's just too damned slow. Maybe he had just scored some good stuff right before recording.

This is coool. But I'm confused - I saw a clip of them performing this song on some TV show, maybe Top of the Pops? Does that mean they were lip syncing a live song??

It's on Live and Dangerous...but that's a live album...Goddafodda is right in that this song has never appeared on a studio album...although it was demoed, as you can hear.
