How To Install An Operating System In VirtualBox

Hey guys today I install Ubuntu 9.10 in Sun VirtualBox. Sorry all the pausing etc. My computer was running very slow and it took a while to do some things. I didn't have the time to finish installing the os but its very simple. If you have any questions just leave them in the comments section below or private message me and I can give you a more detailed answer. Sun VirtualBox is one of the more easy virtual machine softwares to understand so you guys shouldn't have too much trouble.

There is no option to choose "image file".
