i have win 7 32bit ver i have in my pc 8g of ram when i look at processor yusage and memry at proportys it's say 3,5gb only (all rams are ddr2 /1066) i dont kno how to set up to yuse all 8 gb plz help me /explan me if there is any expert who kno whot is the problem :(

Right now I have Facebook, Youtube, Ubuntu download, and Runescape (don't judge me lol) running at the same time and I'm only using 2.5gb ram and i have 8gb :D

i just bought an new HP laptop Windows 7 64bit, it has 8 GB ram.
but it uses 2.7 GB ram average, and Im not running anything.
I've run AVG clean up among others to try and fix the problem.
Anyone know what it might be?

3 GB.
I know it aint that much,but i still think 1,5 GB of nothing is way too much.
This shit started yesterday,and i don't have a damn idea of what it might be.

@deathcube35 if you have 32 bit windows7, 3 gb is the best...
okay,the high usage can be a virus or maybe too much programs installed

quick question...i just updated from xp to 7 but when i go to the properties of my comp, it says i only have 1G of ram when i should have 4G. Is this normal? or is there something i have to do? :o
