bosnian street dogs

I found this sweet little dog cold and hungry, alone in a field. I walked up to him to offer him some food and when he got up wagging his tail to greet me, I instantly knew something was very wrong with him. His front paws turned in towards each other and he had to use his elbows to walk. I knew I had to do something to help this dog and get him off the streets. I took him to the shelter in the video, but animals are not much better off in a lot of shelters in bosnia, many shelters have very little to feed the animals. As you can see in the video the conditions they live in are terrible. There was no grass for this disabled dog to get around in, just mud.
