Then howcome eating plants is right? Is there any empirical evidence that plants don't feel pain? On the contrary, there is some evidence that even plants have sensations and stimuli and reactions to being "killed" so to speak.

Then why is it okay to eat plants? It's not like mulims have anything against animals, it's all part of life. This is why we take the life of an animal with respect and minimal pain.

Ethics shouldn't question pain, but rather taking life, whether it's plant or animal.
