How did i miss this vid?? I hav been wondering about this type of shoe. There are sooo many different kinds now everyone has joined in and offers them LOL. Walking is the easiest exercise. Do u still wear them?

yesterday i walked in the skechers for a while and today my caves are burning haha.

The price in the netherlands is euro 150 wich is about$200 and at the px they were $ 79!!!! so today i am going to buy them , i will use them for walking my dog. I have read some revieuws that said you must put on other shoes too otherwise your toes get no pressure!

oh and if a shoes does the weight loss why would anybody be fat , but i believe if you walk a lot like me it will gain weightloss

@suuske49 When I walked in mines my caves was the same as yours. I do believe you can gain weightloss, only for those of us they are curious about losing weight. These shoes won't do it alone. You'll have to exercise and watch your eating habits. Thanks so much for sharing:-)

Thanks for the video. I have bad knees. My physical therapist that I MUST wear them at work, and just hanging around the house. He told me that his client had such great results wearing them, that he now considers wearing them mandatory. Every time I'd show up for therapy, he'd say where are the shape-ups? You need to go get them! I went on my normal walk yesterday, and this morning I woke up, I felt as though my whole body had been worked out--abs and everything. So far, Iove.

He didn't wear his everyday and is now feeing the same pain I do. He stopped wearing his to. He is in his late 30's. A young man that can't do the work he use to. He says his knees won't support him like they use to. He can't climb up ladder now without losing balance. I don't understand what is wrong with these shoes but there is definitely something wrong. Other wise I loved the cushiony feeling they gave my feet. But it's not worth the pain I have in my knees.

@barbara82559. I stopped wearing them and wrote to Sketchers about my problem. They gave me a different shoe that was flat bottom and I gave them the sketchers back. It is November now and I still have problems with my knees but not as severe. I don't really think think they will ever heal. I wear a knee brace to help support them when the pain starts. I have a friend that is 15 yrs younger than me who got theres the same day I did.

@kharmadog1 I bought sketchers shape ups in Jan 2011. I had a heel spur and they helped my heel spur so it wouldn't hurt when I walked. After a few months of wearing these shoes everyday my right knee started hurting and popping. Then it went to my left knee. It was hurting really bad. I couldn't do hardly anything. My Dr gave me a cortisone shot that only lasted 2 weeks and then the pain was back. I finally figured out it was the shoes that caused my problems.

sketchers are honestly the worst possible shoes to own clearly if i had a choice between 90 dollar nikes or 90 sketcher shapeups i would pick the nikes you have to be mentally challenged to even purchase these

I just bought a pair, so far so good. I tried a pair of MBT shoes at the local store .They cut into my ankle when walking, so I bought the Shape-ups instead!
