@Gaga4Gaga1231, without cheats it's difficult to find a seed on the ground.
But with cheats, you do this: Press ctrl+c+shift and type testingcheatsenabled true. Press enter. Then press again ctrl+c+shift. This time type buydebug. Press enter and go to buy mode. It has three sguares. Go to the second one. You find a question mark that before wasn't there. You go to trees and you will find all the trees and the money tree.

@coolfool97 im not sure what its called but its something to change your sims shape like making them slimmer or muscular, you get it by buying it with lifetime points

i found it over in the woods near the street in the mountains right next to the ocean if you hover over the seeds it will say special and one of them will be the tree you have to have lvl 10 i believe
