Hi, the complete project cost around US$ 110.000 including the lot, im using normal energy, the containers are 40' , each container cost US$ 3.000.

What kind of floor do you have on the first level? Just wondering if it's terrazzo? Didn't see a heating, venting, and air conditioning system. Are you installing that later? What would you have done differently with construction now that you're finished with the job? Sorry for all the questions. Awesome house.

@jtimjordan Hi, In the first level the floor is Porcelain Tile, we dont have seasons here, so there is no need to install a heating system therefore im going to install an airconditioning in the master room for the hot days.
