But, don't worry Komova WILL be at worlds next year (provided she doesn't have a major injury or something of course!(

She will be able to compete at Worlds next year as she will turn 16 during the 2011 calendar year :)
Sadly Grishina won't be able to make her international debut until the Olympics :(

Yes, they changed the rules. Gymnasts who are 15/turn 15 in 2011 can not compete at the 2011 worlds, which, is a completely stupid rule as it robs them of the chance to gain valuable international experience.

Yes that is a good way of seeing her.She has one of the highest SV for floor and bb (especially her sv from 2009 Rom Nats). If she can throw 2 high sv vaults and clean her form on UB I can see her name being mentioned as AA medal contender in 2012. Her UB routine is definitely years ahead of the other juniors but its her form (execution) scores that are killing her.

Larisa shows so much promise! She is already up to snuff in floor an beam difficulty (not to mention execution--most of the time ;)), and can throw a Yurchenko 3/2. Really all she needs is a bit more difficult of a vault (or damn good execution) and to clean up bars and add difficulty. The real shame is that she and Anastasia Grishina won't even be allowed to compete until the YEAR OF the Olympics. I suspect we'll see them a lot at World Cup events in 2012.
