@Brainy1422 Trimslice doesn't have a screen. I'd go for a cotton candy if you want small ARM based systems, much cooler :)

@Brainy1422 nvidia one.can i install regular ubuntu now from flash?
-
@walter0bz I don't know specifics, but the cpu is the same in both from my knowledge,
the major difference would be ram, the trimslice has a gig while the AC100 has only 512

@Brainy1422 for the gpu issue are you running the normal ubuntu, or the nvidia provided ubuntu installation?
-
@Brainy1422 Thanks anyway but i managed to install 11.10 but no gpu driver and everything is so slow :(
-
any idea how fast this is vs 'trimslice'

@siffredix not sure if the skype client works on arm, but you can use "Empathy" to chat with your yahoo friends.
-
@Umbrago windows doesn't run on arm yet, windows 8 will, but hasn't been released.
-
@djuroue1 are you trying to extract with linux, mac, or windows? and what program are you using to extract?
-
@walter0bz you can run anything that has been made for arm (in the case of linux most stuff already works in ARM), so if your preferred compiler works in arm you are good to go.
Why they didn't release with something like Xubuntu instead of android is completely incomprehensible to me.

Nice device, but the low amount of RAM puts me off. How fast does it boot off the internal flash? I would install Ubuntu since I don't really care for Android.
