this song was written by a greek composer named Dionisis Tsaknis upon traditional music of greek Gypsies with lyrics in both greek and gypsy language (search it as Tsaknis - To tragoudi ton gyfton = The song of the Gypsies) . It was so well recieved that many artists have performed it and has been intergrated in almost every popular and traditional fiesta . Was transcripted in spanish by Remedios Silva , I think . Both worth looking for
