should your knees stay behind your toes?

Head over to my barbell Squat video for a great argument with a powerlifter about knee placement. Your knees should follow the line of your toe, but not past them. Your feet should be flat at all times, with your weight a bit on the heels. The squat should be equal parts ankle bend, knee bend, and hip bend. Your back is always straight.

Step 1: Learn how to Squat. Step 2: Add resistance. If you can't squat right you will never get stronger or bigger because your body will not be able to handle the added weight.
