  • should your knees stay behind your toes?

  • Head over to my barbell Squat video for a great argument with a powerlifter about knee placement. Your knees should follow the line of your toe, but not past them. Your feet should be flat at all times, with your weight a bit on the heels. The squat should be equal parts ankle bend, knee bend, and hip bend. Your back is always straight.

  • Charles Poliquin refers to this kind of stuff as "entertainment training."

  • That's because Charles is a giant slab of meat. Ya know, all I ever see on these comment boards are trash talk, never any videos!

  • Step 1: Learn how to Squat. Step 2: Add resistance. If you can't squat right you will never get stronger or bigger because your body will not be able to handle the added weight.

  • Very helpful - thank you!

  • It's true. Just a generic hater vibe, not even a usefull or logical argument which might be of benefit to some who see the vid.

  • alrighty, you keep thinking that...

  • The above is a worthless comment.

  • BOSU balls are horrible...
